第三步:

第五步:
锅中倒入一整罐啤酒,稍微加一点点开水。接着加入生抽3汤匙,老抽1汤匙,蚝油1汤匙。大火烧开后转中小火,盖上锅盖,焖煮30分钟。煮到鸭肉基本软烂,打开锅盖,加入适量盐调味。转大火开始收汁,加入切好的青红椒块,快速翻炒均匀,青红椒断生,即可关火出锅。
